Rocket Man Lands in Bahamas

When he looked down at the Bahamas from space, astronaut Scott Kelly would tweet about the beauty of our islands.

“Been hanging out with the Bahamas again. It never gets old.”

Or:

“The strokes of your watercolours are always a refreshing sight.”

Back on earth, Kelly accepted an invitation from the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism to check out the islands from a different angle.

Kelly and his daughter and significant other vacationed in Nassau before moving on to the island of Exuma to baptise themselves in the extraordinary turquoise water that captivated him from space.

Asked by a local student why he kept posting about the Bahamas from space, he explained that while other places have clear blue water, it doesn't match the sea of the Bahamas.

”It is so expansive and so absolutely beautiful,” he said.

It is this beauty that continues to draw Bahamas real estate buyers from far and wide.

The great thing is that if you buy any piece of Bahamas property, you're close to that beautiful sea.
