Carmen Massoni

Carmen Massoni joined Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty in 1994 as a sales associate. She became a broker three years later. In 1999, she was certified as a Previews Specialist, a title designated for top agents who sell properties valued at over $500,000 on a consistent basis.

In 2000, Carmen was chosen as one of Coldwell Banker Corporation’s International President’s Elite – an honour given to the top four percent of an International sales force of 120,000.

In 2001 she was admitted to the President’s Premier and was chosen as the #1 agent in gross commission income for Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates. This is an honour reserved for the top one percent of the sales associates worldwide. Since then, she has consistently earned the President's Elite and Circle designations several times.

In January, 2008, Carmen broke a record by selling the most expensive home in Ocean Club Estates, Paradise Island, worth $14 million.

In June, 2008 Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty appointed Carmen as it executive vice- president, taking on several new responsibilities, including sales manager. Carmen was born in Chile and is fluent in Spanish. She lived in Miami for four years before taking full residency in the Bahamas more than 27 years ago. She is the Bahamas’ Honorary Consul to Chile and a member of the Bahamas Consular Corps. She has a weekly newspaper column in The Tribune of Nassau – Real Estate. Carmen has two children, Jennifer and John Marc.
