Donna Davis

Donna has, in a sense, been involved in real estate all her life.
At first it was traipsing around Nassau with her father, a real estate investor, to tour homes under construction. Father and daughter turned a critical eye to method of construction as well as design.

Donna attended college in Boston, Massachusetts, earning an economics degree, and then returned home.
Distracted by being in offshore banking for 10 years, in her Native Bahamas, Canada and the United States, she missed the field of real estate.

Later, she and her husband, Robert, built spec homes in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and enjoyed every moment of it.
Distractions came again, however, after moving back to the Bahamas as her next career was as a "Domestic Goddess," raising three wonderful, but energetic sons.

She did however, instill in their sons some of her passions, and they are now architects and engineers.
Very much a people person, Donna has honed her talent for sales over the past seven years with Starwood and Atlantis Vacation Ownership.

She also understands finance through her former experience as an international banker, and is absolutely fascinated with the world of real estate.

Settling into her dream at Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty, she feels honoured every time she is able to use her abilities to assist others in finding their dream; whether it’s vacant land, a condo, home, investment or commercial real estate.
