Joel Moxey

Joel Moxey lives on Mangrove Cay, Andros, seven months of the year, operating a family owned fishing lodge. He spends the remaining five months at Coral Harbour, New Providence (outside Nassau ) with his wife, Lolita, and two-and-a-half year old daughter, Jovannah.
Joel wears many hats.
He’s a licensed real estate agent.
He is a licensed insurance sub-agent (Andros) for J.S. Johnson, one of the leading insurance brokers in the Bahamas.
And he’s a licensed marine captain and certified by the International Game Fish Association, a world wide recognized body that overseas the code of ethics for the sport of fishing, record-keeping and marine conservation.

Joel has 10 years experience in the offshore financial industry as a mutual fund accountant with several notable international banks. He has an Associate degree in business from St. Gregory’s Junior College, Shawnee Okl, an accounting degree from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. and an MBA degree from University of Miami. He is treasurer of the Bahamas Sports-Fishing & Conservation Association. His hobbies are fishing, golf and fishing!
