Colin was born in Nassau and educated in the United States with a background in International Business. After university he spent a year as a Dive Instructor/Dive Manager before beginning his career in real estate. He began flying in University and has continued piloting for both business and pleasure.

Colin has worked for many of the top developers in the Bahamas including Kerzner International (Ocean Club Estates), British Colonial Development Company (British Colonila Centre of Commerce & Fort Nassau) and EGI Ltd. (Grand Isle Resort on Great Exuma). He has built two successful real estate companies in the Bahamas, one of which, Bahamas Waterfront Properties, merged with Coldwell Banker-Lightbourn Realty in 2009.

Colin has a very creative yet practical approach to innovative real estate solutions. He specializes in company branding and the marketing and management of luxury real estate.
