Eleuthera Office

Lonnie Johnson has lived in the Bahamas since marrying his Bahamian wife, Kristin, over 27 years ago.
He was born in Macon, Georgia, and grew up in Dade County, Florida.
Lonnie is a man of many talents. Drawn by the beautiful Bahamian sea, it seems only fitting that he’s a certified OMC mechanic on Spanish Wells, an idyllic island in the Eleuthera chain.
His association with real estate started long before he became a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association.
When he moved to Spanish Wells, Lonnie worked hard in the community, helping others on the island with his knowledge of architecture and drafting.
He has drafted many of the plans for the homes on Spanish Wells and the Eleuthera mainland, and has helped with the design of those homes.
Lonnie has been involved in the craw fishing industry as a certified diver and owner of commercial boats.
He has a desire to help others find their dream home and, with a deep knowledge of Eleuthera and the changing lifestyles, help people relocate to Spanish Wells.
Lonnie and Kristin have two grown sons.
“Being a part of the Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty team is a real honor and privilege because I know I’ve partnered with some of the most dedicated and caring people in the Bahamas in the field of real estate,” Lonnie says.
