Spencer White is a seasoned broker and appraiser, and a 2011 winner of the prestigious Coldwell Banker President's Circle Award.
Spencer joined Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty as a sales associate in 2001. He has prepared appraisals for major lending institutions, developers and high end property owners, and has appeared as an expert witness on valuations in court overseas. Spencer has a strong knowledge of the real estate market. Spencer has has a strong work ethic. His first job was as a waiter at a popular seaside restaurant at the age of 15. He majored in hotel and restaurant management at Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, SC, where he graduated with top honours. Spencer later joined a leading Nassau destination management company in an executive capacity. But real estate tugged. In 2001, Spencer fulfilled a dream by sitting his real estate exam.
