Harbour Island honesty

Bill Wilderotter of Jacksonville, Fla, was among a group of visitors who vacationed at postcard pretty Harbour Island in Eleuthera, the Bahamas, this summer.
During an excursion, his duffle bag fell of a golf cart. It contained Mr. Wilderotter's driver's licence, credit cards, cash and a new digital camera.
He and his wife retraced their steps and searched high and low for the duffle bag - without success. They spent their first evening in North Eleuthera cancelling their credit cards.
Mrs. Wilderotter decided to check with the local police station the next morning. The duffle bag was waiting for her, along with all the contents.
Resident Leah Neely had found it and turned it in.
The Wilderotters were so touched by this act of honesty that they recently contacted the local press to share their story.
They said Ms. Neely's honesty promoted the Bahamas in a manner that transcends advertising. And they promised to return - thanks to Ms. Neely of Eleuthera.
