Mailin Sands, Coldwell Banker’ Marsh Harbour office manager, fulfilled a long time dream when she successfully sat her Real Estate Exam in the Fall of 2001. Mrs. Sands managed the Marsh Harbour office with cheerful efficiency for two years. During that time, she fell in love with the sales aspect of the business. Mailin is now a successful Abaco real estate associate and has won several awards for her sales performance.
