Upon graduation, Bobby began his career in US tax advisory with EY, one of the "Big 4" firms in professional services. His fluency in 3 languages (Spanish, Chinese and English) allowed him to build a solid network of international corporate clients though his professional services. After a few years in the US financial sector, Bobby returned home to The Bahamas and launched his real estate career as a Business Developer serving on one of the largest real estate development projects in The Bahamas. It was in this role that he got exposed to a wide array of real estate transactions including commercial real estate acquisition, lease obligations, strategic planning, transaction management, financial structuring and asset reposition and dispositions. With a passion for real estate and professional services, Bobby's move to get licensed as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty was a natural one.
