Bahamas Real Estate Agents Capture Awards

Robert Arthur of Harbour Island and Rudy Carroll of Nassau earned special awards at the recent Coldwell Banker International Business Conference held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas

Arthur won the International President's Circles Award, placing him in the top two percent of Coldwell Banker's world wide sales force.

And Carroll, in his first full year in real estate, was admitted to the International Sterling Society. This means he's in the top eight percent of the 107,000 global sales force.

Mike Lightbourn, president of Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty, said he was extremely proud of his associates who worked hard to beat the odds in a challenging real estate environment.

“I'm delighted that Robert and Rudy have been recognized for their outstanding results. Robert has earned the Top Producer designation in the past and so, it's not surprising that he's done so well,' said Lightbourn.

He said Carroll deserved special mention for his high performance in his first full year as a sales associate.

“I'm also proud of my agents who may not have been on this year's awards list, but who worked hard and delivered to their clients the high standards of excellence associated with Coldwell Banker,” Lightbourn added.
