The Bahamas Real Estate Expo

THE 2009 Bahamas Real Estate Expo, held in Nassau at the Wyndham Crystal Palace at the weekend, was smaller and the crowds were fewer, but our agents and brokers picked up some good leads and made new friends.
Today, they're busy following up on their prospects' Wish Lists and sifting through inventory to come up with the right match.
Our agents and brokers were able to spend more time with their prospects – a side to real estate they really enjoy.
By nature, they enjoy people and helping buyers find their dream home is such a rewarding experience.
We were able to showcase our clients' properties that are for sale by way of beautiful, glossy coloured posters, set smartly on easels, and video played on our impressive flat screen TV. Our inventory, complete with flyers, was at our fingertips.
And so we want to thank all our clients who came out to see us and take advantage of the One Stop Shop with the presence of realtors, banks and insurance companies all under one roof.
We also want to thank our new friends for taking the time to come and seek us out, and to ask our opinions. Remember, we're only a phone call (or email) away.
