Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty's George Town, Exuma, real estate office has moved uptown.

The company has relocated to the heart of George Town, next to the delightful Sand Piper art and gift store and Minns Water Sports, and across the street from the Administrator's Office and the Peace and Plenty Hotel.
‘We're really excited to be here,” said Dale Kemp, Lightbourn Realty's Exuma, Bahamas real estate sales associate. "We love the fact that we are now on the ground floor just off the main Queens Highway. This is a fantastic location." Lightbourn Realty opened its George Town branch in March, 2006. Dale's wife, Lisa, is the office manager.
Coldwell Banker is a global network of 105,000 sales associates and 3,500 offices with a presence in 47 countries and territories. Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty, owned by Mike Lightbourn, is part of the network.
The Lightbourn Realty Bahamas real estate power house has a presence in Nassau, the Abaco islands, Andros, Berry Islands, Bimini, Eleuthera (including Harbour Island and Spanish Wells), Exuma and Long Island.
