Bahamas Ferries recently added a new boat, The Crusader 4100, to its fleet. It's a medium-speed passenger catamaran, built by Islands Transporter Co. at Aluminium Marines Shipyard in Brisbane, Australia.
The Crusader is modern and offers both cold and dry cargo storage areas, as well as weatherproof luggage rooms. The spacious Tourist class salon and the Voyager class salon on the upper deck provide comfort and modern conveniences.
The ferry service is a wonderful way for visitors to explore the lovely historic villages in the out islanders and to experience the different lifestyles.
