The regional affiliate of American Airlines, American Eagle Airlines, will soon be adding nonstop services between the Miami International Airport and Treasure Cay, Abaco; Harbour Island; and Covernors Harbour in the Bahamas. These new nonstop services are set to start up November 19.

The airline will fly ATR 72 aircraft on 3 flights/day. The president and CEO of American Eagle Airlines, Peter Bowler said, “American Eagle is delighted to begin service from our Miami hub to these three beautiful Bahamian destinations, serving them once again for the first time since the early 1990s.”
