The Bimini Bay Resort and Marina has a new operator. And one of the Bimini Bay listings has been reduced by $100,000.
RockResorts has taken over the 350 units and the marina at this luxury resort on Bimini, the fishing capital of the Bahamas.
Future plans call for stamping the RockResorts brand on the idyllic island getaway.
In the biggest Bimini real estate news in some time, plans also have been announced for up to 100 more hotel rooms, more homes, a spa, restaurants and a beach club.
A summer 2014 opening is set for the boutique hotel with the spa and beach club scheduled to come on line as early as this summer.
