A Tiny Nation With a Mighty Roar!

The tiny Bahamas struck gold at the 2012 Olympics today when our men stormed the 4x400m relay in just 2:56.72 minutes.
The U.S. lost their 40-year stranglehold on the title and came second, followed by Trinidad and Tobago.
Congratulations to our Magnificent Men and to all our athletes who took part in the Olympics. You've done us proud!
Considering we are a nation of only just over 300,000, Team Bahamas put on a fantastic performance with athletes making it to the finals and semi-finals – swimmer Arianna Vanderpool-Wallace was less than a second away from Gold.
March On, Bahamas!
