Sellers need to price their homes right the first time in order to get the best price. If you're selling your home and it's overpriced, buyers have the option in today's market to “pick, choose and refuse.” And sellers risk more than losing a fast sale. If a home's overpriced, chances are it will stagnate on the market and go through several price reductions until it sells. There's a strong chance the home will sell for less than it would have if it had been properly priced at the start. Properties need to be positioned for sale at current market value, not on a property owner's unrealistic expectations. Need help? Give us a call or email one of our appraisers

We have appraisers spread throughout the Bahamas. More important, we know the lay of the land and have the ability to get to the islands.
