To the right, you have the open-plan drawing room and dining room, which open onto a screened-in veranda overlooking the rear garden. As you come through the dining room, you enter the breakfast area and kitchen. Beyond the breakfast room, you have a laundry room as well as the third bedroom and bathroom. Beyond this is the carport and a separate staff apartment. Included in the rental is a live-in couple who are fantastic and will help run the house during the rental. They work Mondays to Fridays.
