Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates attend International Business Conference in San Antonio, Texas

Bahamas-based Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty real estate agents and brokers joined many others from around the Caribbean region recently at the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference (IBC).

The conference was held at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center in San Antonio, TX.
The theme of the conference was "Bullish in any market" and focused on innovative strategies to retain and grow market share in a challenging real estate environment.

Although real estate prices have dipped in the Bahamas, especially in the high end second home sector, the market here has so far managed to hold its own.

Sales Agents in the Bahamas, Bermuda and St Kitts-Nevis won top agent awards at the conference. The Above and Beyond Award was shared by Kim Webb of Coldwell Banker Bermuda and Carmen Massoni of Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty in the Bahamas.
