One of the partner's is working on developing an additional 15 acres of city property, and yet another waterfront owner's hammering out a master plan for a mixed use project called Charlestown Wharf.

The old Parliamentary complex on Bay is getting a major facelift and the lovely new Elizabeth on Bay shop/restaurant complex is in full swing.
Pompey Square park's taking root a little to the west on Bay, near the Hilton.
Plans are in place to turn the beautiful 170-year-old Jacaranda House on Parliament St off Bay into a membership club/restaurant.
And on nearby Delancy St, the prestigious old Buena Vista home is being turned into a Bacardi micro-distillery/visitor experience.
Meanwhile, the owners of stately Graycliff Hotel and Restaurant next to Government House are pushing forward to create a $25 million heritage village, more restaurants, local market and chocolate factory, along with the existing cigar factory.
What's triggered the activity?
With the container port moving out, investors are looking to take advantage of the millions of cruise ship visitors who call here every year, as well as the high end resort stopovers and the luxury yacht people at Paradise Island.
