A Jolly Old Time!




This weekend, we're heading to the Jollification at The Retreat, the extensive grounds of the Bahamas National Trust, on Village Rd.
Every year, scores of Bahamians and friends from abroad come together at this most jolly of annual holiday celebrations to eat, drink and be merry. It's on all weekend.

More than 75 talented artisans will be on hand with beautiful and unique crafts, jewellery and gift items – from amazing cork work, to stained glass ornaments to Junkanoo dinnerware…and so much more.
The Retreat is located about midway on Village Road where several charming traditional neighbourhoods are tucked away. Around the corner is the upper middle class family community of Blair Estates.

These neighbourhoods are tree lined, friendly and fun. They're only a couple of miles from downtown Nassau and a short walk to Montagu Beach and the Nassau Yacht Club and Royal Nassau Sailing Club.
